Our residence is a building made up of 4 floors including 14 apartments (with a kitchen and tv-sat, one or more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower) and an internal parking space for the customers.
The building is part of Lignano Sabbiadoro's tourism far-back in an active way, thanks to various interventions headed for improving people's stay and going along with customers' needs.
Residence California is located in Lignano Sabbiadoro, next to the beach (only about 50 meters, near beach office 1/bis), in a place where you can find also coffee bars, supermarkets, grocery stores, newsstands and cigarette shops, not far away from the center of the town.
