+ Sehr freundliches Personal. Auch bei Fehlbuchungen von Getränken auf der Rechnung erfolgte anstandslose Erstattung..
- Liegestühle am Strand mussten von mir extra gebucht werden, obwohl diese laut Onlinebuchung auf lignano.it dabei gewesen wären. Hotel gibt an, dass Srandkonvention erst ab Halbpension enthalten ist. Hier ist irgendwo ein Mißverständnis enthalten.

+ saubere Zimmer und toller Pool so wie sehr guter service im Hotel sehr nettes Personal, sehr nett so gar Hotel nicht zu weit weg vom Strand sollten ja 300 meter sind aber ca 500meter snaks am pool und getränke faire Preise in der nähe gute Restaurants und gute Bussverbindung direkt vor dem Hotel zum Zentrum .
- für ein 4 Sterne Hotel denke ich . !! sollte die Dusche keinen Vorhang haben sondern Schiebewände aus PVC oder Glas /dann sollte zumindest der Duschkopf in die Wandhalterung passen , so das diese nicht bei berührung oder anstoßen runter fällt ( Zimmer 110 ) die Klimaanlage sollte schon so zuschalten sein das diese das Zimmer auch Kühlt wenn man nicht auf dem Zimmer ist denn auf Zimmer 110 war es so das es nur betriebsbereit war wenn die Zimmerkarte stecke und so mit war das Zimmer wenn man am pool oder auswärts war schön auf geheizt und Kühlte bis zum schlafen schlecht ab oder wenn man das Zimmer wieder verlässt schaltet sich die Anlage leider weider ab. . kann man mit leben aber es gibt besser lösungen .

+ The pool and the friendly staff..
- The balcony was a bit small and we missed a small table. The breakfast was ok but could have been a bit more varied. Our air conditioner didn't work satisfactorily. It blowed just cold air.

+ Sehr freundliches Personal und großzügige Poolanlage, gepflegte Tennisplätze.
- Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ein viel zu kleines Badezimmer (beim Benützen der Toilette muß man die Beine in die Dusche stellen. Unangenehm ist auch der Duschvorhang, der immer am Körper klebt.)

+ Hotel in zona tranquilla.
- Applicazione di prezzi non dovuti. Passaggio dalla mezza pensione alla pensione completa con applicazione della nuova tariffa anche per mio figlio che ha 11 mesi e che non ha usufruito della pensione completa. Mi pare che il passaggio riguardi solo i pasti, ma mio figlio mangiava le pappe che abbiamo portato. Stanze troppo strette per 3 persone.
