+ Zimmer = o.k. gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück nahe bei Fußgängerzone und Strand.
- Parken mit Auto etwas problematisch (zu wenig Platz)

+ Perfekte Lage zum Shoppen und Essen gehen. Sehr gute Ice-Cream ums Eck. Funktionierende Klimaanlage. .
- Lage etwas weit zum Gehen zum Meer, gibt nähere Hotels. Lattenrost der Betten könnte erneuert werden.

+ sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Sehr kurzfristige Buchung möglich..
- Die Sauberkeit und Hygiene des Zimmers lies zu wünschen übrig. Wände schimmelig, Haare und Staub im Bett und an der Bettwäsche, Matratze viel zu weich. Keine Möglichkeit, nasse Wäsche trocknen zu lassen. Zimmer war anscheinend ein Notquartier.

+ Lage des Hotels! Frühstücksraum!.
- Das Zimmer!Sehr nüchtern eingerichtet, wenig Fenster, keine Ablagemöglichkeit, Kasten durch Geruch unzumutbar, kaputte Glühbirne und Vorhangstange, wenig Privatsphäre! Das Frühstück! KEIN frisches Obst/Gemüse, keine Auswahl bei Brot und Gebäck!
