The date of our departure the cleaning lady ask us to leave fast (it was 9:00, right after breakfast).

Die Zimmer und auch der Rest des Hotels waren immer sauber. Wlan kostenlos. Strandservice kostenlos (Eine Liege, ein Liegestuhl und ein Schirm)

Ziemlich wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück. Milch, Brötchen, Teller usw. waren Mangelware. Kam man nicht rechtzeitig musste man schon lange vor Ende der Frühstückszeit mit dem was andere übrig gelassen haben vorlieb nehmen. Geparkt wird in einer Seitenstraße neben dem Hotel und hier einen Platz zu bekommen ist reine Glückssache. Auch in der näheren Umgebung ist alles zugeparkt. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und lässt man sie an wenn man das Zimmer verlässt werden 5 Euro pro Tag extra berechnet. Im Zimmer roch es bei geschlossenen Fenstern irgendwie nach Urin (nicht nur in unserem).

gutes Frühstück, 5min zum Strand, 5min ins zentrum von Pineta, mit dem Bus ist man schnell in Sabbiadore, neue Zimmer, sauber, ruhig.

Nice hotel with good value for money. Very friendly staff. Owner with very good english. Very clean and well equiped Swimming pool (very good for children as well) and garden sitting - in front of the hotel but perfectly separeted from the street. Nice ambiance. A short walk to the beach. Beach service included in the price. I was very content and I plan to come again next year with all my family.

Only two things (which are not so important to discourage me to come again, which I plan) The shower in bathroom is not separated and the whole floor is full of water immediatelly. I was missing a tag "do not disturb" in the room - the chambermades wanted to clean the room when we were still in (before the end of breakfast hours) and it was a bit difficult to convince them so that they come later - this was a bit bothering especially when we wanted sleep a bit longer.
